We are very proud of our products and have no question about the quality so we will happily offer a refund or exchange if there are any faults in your garment or you have selected an incorrect size. Please note we do not offer a refund for change of mind, however we will offer you an exchange. We do require you to adhere to these guidelines to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
All sales are final from 7 days of receipt, so it is very important you thoroughly inspect your garment/s as soon as you receive it and make contact as soon as possible if there are any fault issues. Please ensure you do so before removing tags or wearing the garment/s, as once they have been worn or had the tags removed we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Contact must be made via email in writing within 7 days of receiving your package, stating the reason for your exchange/refund request. We will in turn respond within 72 hours. Please note all sales items are final unless faulty, in which case a store credit or exchange will be organised. There is no refund on sale items.
Faulty items will be exchanged unless they have already been worn, had the tags removed or have been washed. Again, please ensure you thoroughly inspect the garment/s prior to use so you are aware of any faults. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund if the garment has been put through a washing machine and has fallen apart. Please follow the care label and hand wash only. This will ensure the longest life out of your garments.
Postage costs are non refundable and return costs are at the expense of the customer. When returning your purchase for an exchange please include a self addresses pre-paid satchel large enough to fit your return order. Please forward your approved returns to:
