We use Australia Post for all our parcels. International orders are sent via Registered Air mail, but please remember to add International shipping to your cart (it can be found in extra services).

For postage in Australia, we have a flat rate of $9 for registered post. International postage varies between $19-$29 depending on country and size of parcel.

We endeavour to dispatch items as the same day as your payment is cleared. From then it can be 2-3 days depending on the area and Australia Post. Please note, that we are not liable for any items should they be lost by Australia Post and therefore are not obligated to provide a refund or a replacement. We will however do everything we can to assist in finding your order.
